How to Get a Bonded Title?

A bonded title includes a surety bond to prove that the owner is the legal owner of the vehicle. It functions the same as a regular title, and will allow you to register, sell, and insure your vehicle. After a period of time, 3-5 years depending on the state, the bonded title becomes a normal title. Even if the vehicle is sold during this period, the time does not start over.
